Following The Money In Politics: The Reason Top Republicans Won’t Stop Trump

Donations by Russians and Super PACS explain why GOP politicians won’t act against Trump. Following the money in politics

President Obama began telling us in late 2015–16 that we were being hacked by Russians but no one listened. Hackers helped Trump win. But it wasn’t just the Russian and Chinese hackers, it was corrupt GOP politicians in 2016 that sold our souls to the devil.

Republicans also helped Trump to become the worst President in our lifetimes (and that’s a pretty hard title to win). Following the money can help us see why the GOP has been so relaxed over the last 2 years, and why so many had no problem retiring in disgrace. They all are in the same dirty bed together. It’s all about the money. Corporate money and dirty money.

The Jelly Back GOP Leadership Explained

GOP super PAC linked to Paul Ryan used illegally hacked material against Democratic House candidates in 2016. The Congressional Leadership Fund, a huge super PAC with close ties to House Speaker Paul Ryan used hacked documents to defeat a number of Democratic candidates running for House seats in 2016. Russian interference was everywhere, and most of us didn’t have a clue.

This would explain why Ryan was so quiet during the last two years of his term and why he rode off into the sunset, lame leadership style in tow.

He was and is dirty. He used info from a foreign agent against us voters to “win.” But wait…there’s more. He wasn’t the only one taking dirty money.

According to Donald Trump and the political action committees for Mitch McConnell, Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Lindsey Graham, John Kasich, and John McCain accepted a total of $7.35 million in contributions from a Ukrainian-born oligarch who is the business partner of two of Russian president Vladimir Putin’s favorite oligarchs and a Russian government bank. Why do these people care about your district’s politics, because that’s what they are running to represent, right?

Additionally, according to the Dallas News, Marco Rubio’s Conservative Solutions PAC and his Florida First Project received $1.5 million in 2016 through Blavatnik’s two holding companies. Other high dollar recipients of campaign donations from Blavatnik were PACS representing Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker at $1.1 million, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham at $800,000, Ohio Governor John Kasich at $250,000 and Arizona Senator John McCain at $200,000. This explains why everyone is so loyal to Trump. They are all fed by the same hand. Russian meddling in our elections is not only permitted by the GOP, but welcomed because it helps them.

Political party loyalty has an entirely new meaning with this administration. I was wondering why they were allowing Trump to get away with so many things no average citizen or federal employee couldn’t, and this explains why. Cash rules everything. Everything. We don’t have any power.

Check out the profiles for what appeared to the weakest jelly backs in Congress. Don’t forget to look at the different years (2014, 2016, 2018) for many of the politicians. With Trump comes an influx of PAC funds. Some of these monies were funneled through multiple shell corporations to be donated to candidates.

Paul Ryan (R-WI), Lindsey Graham (R-SC) (2016 Presidential Campaign info), Lindsey Graham (R-SC)(Candidate Profile), Mitchell McConnell (R-KY), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Devin Nunes-2016 (R-CA), Devin Nunes-2018 (R-CA), Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Orin Hatch (R-UT).

If you’ve been wondering why the Republicans won’t do anything about Trump, the onslaught of fascism, and authoritarianism — this explains why.

There are plenty of pimps in this game. The whores are our politicians in both parties, but for this particular piece, I’m focusing on the Republicans. Democrats have the same problem. I’m going to get to them soon. The main point I want to make is that we don’t elect leaders, corporations and wealthy donors do. You will see that some of the Russian oligarch and their businesses and donors also donated to Democratic Party candidates (i.e. Chuck Schumer).

Again, it explains why politicians on both sides tell the American people they “need to be so sure” they see what they see. It’s not that Democratic and Republican politicians don’t see the crimes being committed, it’s that they don’t want to bust a fellow Congressional representative for something “illegal” or “suspicious” that they’ve in fact done themselves.

Politicians in both parties circling the wagon to protect their own interests. Screw us!

We can’t really trust anyone. Please check out Open Secrets ( to investigate any and every politician representing your districts and to learn which corporations and Super PACS support your candidate. Using this tool helps us understand how politicians vote, why they care about certain issues, and how much they whore themselves out for.

Don’t forget to donate (even if it’s just $1). It takes time and money for the kind individuals to gather this data from campaign finance reports for us, and we need to make sure it stays free. I’m grateful for such resources. It helps me to help you. (I am not getting paid in anyway for this plug by the way)

Make this site apart of your candidate selection process for the next year and a half for local and presidential candidate selections.

Edit description

In Conclusion

Always, always, always follow the money in politics, as it guides policy. It also plays a huge role in the white collar crimes permitted in politics (look at the White House). If it doesn’t make them (politicians) dollars, then it doesn’t make any sense to us (as we try to figure out why things are the way they are today).

Vote to get big money out of politics and don’t trust any politician. Democracy is depending on it! Make wise choices. Know your evils!

Happy hunting.
